Our Process

All of our staff go through a stringent recruitment process which adheres to the NHS framework. This includes all of the following and are all reviewed / audited in-house on a yearly basis to ensure all compliance is kept up to date, including training, references. DBS update checks are also conducted quarterly.

Right To Work

Review Right to Work documents to ensure we have everything required including overseas police check if applicable, share code, full BRP front and back and passport.

Sponsorships

Require the full CoS documents along with a reference confirming these details and this is followed up every three months.

Review DBS/Training Documents

Review DBS and training documents to see if these can be accepted or if we need them to attend / complete a CSTF training course or submit a new DBS and placed on the update service.

Obtain References

Obtain references covering 3-5 years. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare In the UK. All references are called to validate over the phone.

ID check & Interview

Complete a face to face ID check where an interview is conducted where skills will be reviewed along with competencies. If any further training is required we ensure this is completed prior to being cleared for work.
